I called Dan two weeks ago in need of a fast survey for a zoning application. I explained our issue and he took the time to explain the zoning rules, even pulling up our town's rules and regulations and reviewing them with me over the phone. He gave me a very fair price, refusing my offer to pay extra to expedite the survey. He was able to schedule the sitework immediately and had the whole survey completed in less time than he originally quoted. I cannot recommend him enough. Such a great experience!
