Boundary Stakeouts

A boundary stakeout marks your property lines with physical stakes on the ground. Stakeouts are often ordered with boundary surveys, but can be completed separately if you already have survey documents.

Typical completion time:

1-2 weeks after boundary survey completion, or 2-3 weeks if ordered separately.

ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys

Commercial property transactions require ALTA/NSPS land title surveys to satisfy lenders, title companies, and attorneys and document property boundaries, improvements, easements, encroachments, and access.

3-5 weeks, depending on property complexity and title requirements.

FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates

A FEMA flood elevation certificate documents your structure’s elevation relative to mapped flood zones. Insurance companies, lenders and towns may request it for various reasons.
